Durham police have charged a man from Oshawa with indecent exposure in front of minors in a public space in Whitby.
Shortly before 5 p.m. On Apr. 5, police responded to a call regarding sexual offence in the Evergreen Drive and Canadian Oaks Drive area. According to police reports, a man “exposed himself and began masturbating in a public area to two female youth.”
