Two young people — an 18-year-old male and a youth of an unidentified age — have been charged in relation to a Mississauga shooting in September that left a 33-year-old woman fighting for her life, Peel regional police say.
The minor charged — whom police did not identify under the rules of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, while electing to withhold other details such as their age and gender — is facing the most severe charges, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, and possessing a firearm contrary to a previous release order.
