The sentencing for disgraced fashion mogul Peter Nygard has been postponed until next month, so that both Crown attorneys who prosecuted Nygard can be present for the decision.
Nygard was set to be sentenced Friday on four convictions of sexual assault in a Toronto courtroom. Instead, all parties appeared via Zoom, where Crown attorney Ana Serban asked Superior Court Justice Robert Goldstein to adjourn sentencing until Sept. 9 so that Crown attorney Neville Golwalla can be present.
