Barely recovered from digging out from under the last dump of snow, Toronto ground to a halt Sunday as the second snowstorm in less than a week pummeled the GTA.
The wintry weather wreaked havoc as an army of plows was dispatched to start the nearly Sisyphean task of moving the 26 centimetres of snow that fell over the weekend.
