The victim of a homicide in Scarborough has been identified and the suspect is now charged with second-degree murder.
On May 16, Toronto police were called at just after 2:15 p.m. to a residence in the area of Eglinton Avenue East and Birchmount Road where an altercation reportedly occurred between two men who knew each other.
