Toronto police, along with OPP and other police services across the GTA, will announce the results of the provincial carjacking joint task force and Project Titanium at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
Project Titanium is “an investigation into a criminal network involved in violent auto thefts, home invasions and other non-violent auto theft occurrences,” Toronto police said in a news release.
