The RCMP and Canadian Border Service Agency seized 62 kilograms of cannabis after a 26-year-old woman tried to smuggle the substance in her luggage.
The agency arrested and charged the woman with export contrary to section 11 (2) of the Cannabis Act. The estimated value of the drugs is around $248,000, the press release said.
