A second suspect has been arrested in the 2018 fatal shooting of Toronto rapper Smoke Dawg and hip-hop brand manager Koba Prime.
The performer, a 21-year-old from Regent Park named Jahvante Smart, and manager Ernest Modekwe were killed on Queen Street West during the 2018 Canada Day weekend in a daylight shooting that was documented on surveillance cameras.
