Ontario’s police watchdog is investigating an incident in which a 37-year-old man fell from the fourth-floor window of an apartment while Toronto police officers were present.
Around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, officers went to a building on Spencer Avenue, near King and Dufferin streets, in response to a 911 call about a “man in distress.”
