Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory for Toronto and other parts of the Greater Toronto Area ahead of expected snow Saturday afternoon and evening.
Snow is expected to blow southeastward this afternoon and taper off early this evening, the weather agency said in its statement. The city should expect around five centimetres of snow, particularly over the east end.
