Subway service on TTC’s line 2 was briefly paused due to a “security incident” on Tuesday, one day after a nearly 12-hour long shutdown, which lasted from the morning rush hour well into the evening.
A few minutes after 2 p.m., the TTC posted on X, that westbound trains were not stopping at Bloor-Yonge station. About five minutes later, they updated that there was no subway service between St. George and Broadview stations, and that shuttle buses were on the way.
