Sunwing cancels all southbound flights from Pearson for second day in wake of Delta plane crash

Sunwing Airlines has cancelled all southbound flights from Toronto Pearson International Airport for a second day, citing extreme weather and delays spurred by the Delta plane crash.

In a statement shared to its website, the airline announced all southbound flights scheduled to depart from the airport Thursday had been cancelled, citing recent weather disruptions, crew availability constraints and minimal hotel capacity.
