A taxi driver has serious injuries after a stabbing near St. Lawrence Market Monday evening, Toronto police said.
Officers were called to Lower Sherbourne Street and The Esplanade at 7:48 p.m. regarding a person with a knife. There was reportedly an altercation between a cab driver and a passenger before the driver was allegedly stabbed.
