A major three-year construction project on the Gardiner Expressway has only just begun and it’s already causing headaches for Torontonians.
“We live in a big city and traffic is always going to be bad,” said Sean Galbraith, an urban planner who spent an hour in standstill traffic in downtown Toronto Saturday.
