A campaign to reduce 9-1-1 wait times is being launched by Toronto police and Mayor Olivia Chow Monday morning.
At 10:30 a.m., Deputy Chief of Police Lauren Pogue and Chow will be speaking to media at the Toronto Police Headquarters about the “Make the Right Call” campaign, which is aimed at helping people make the correct call to emergency or non-emergency lines.
