Toronto police have identified two victims in a fatal daylight shooting in North York on Tuesday.
Ibrahim Handule, 26, and Deshawn Walters, 27, both from Toronto were shot in a parking lot behind a cluster of Toronto Community Housing buildings, off of Driftwood Avenue.
