A Toronto police officer was seriously injured after a male motorcyclist reportedly hit him with his bike before fleeing the scene near the CN Tower on Saturday.
Police say the officer was struck just before 6 p.m. at Bremner Boulevard and Rees Street after he attempted to stop the motorcyclist who was popping wheelies in the area. The motorcyclist then hit the officer before riding away, according to police.
