Toronto police are investigating several arson incidents in the city’s Caledonia neighbourhood between Apr. 16 to 27 that they believe are linked to one suspect.
According to police reports, an individual would target parked cars on commercial properties in the Caledonia Road and Rogers Road area. The suspect would then pour accelerant on the cars and set them on fire before fleeing the scene, police said.
