Toronto police warn of three thefts of unattended vehicles as temperatures drop

The Toronto Police Service is warning against a common practice amongst GTA drivers, as a series of vehicle thefts had one thing in common: The victim’s cars were left running unattended.

Toronto police said it responded to three car theft incidents over the weekend. In each instance, the victims had started their vehicle but left it running as they waited for their cars to heat up.
