Those planning to attend outdoor Pride events Saturday should keep an eye on the skies as severe thunderstorms are likely in store for Toronto this afternoon and evening.
Shortly before noon on Saturday, Environment Canada issued a severe thunderstorm watch for the city of Toronto and its surrounding regions. The agency warns that the thunderstorms are expected to be isolated in the early afternoon before the potential for an “organized line of thunderstorms” this evening.
