Flurries, brisk winds and lingering issues related to the snowstorm over Family Day weekend are causing delays, detours and cancellations across TTC services Thursday morning.
The 506 Carlton, 501 Queen and 504 Dundas streetcar lines are experiencing some detours or partial service closures due to tracks being blocked by illegally parked vehicles, the TTC told the Star.
