The clock has officially started ticking on a TTC strike.
The Ministry of Labour issued the TTC’s largest union its requested no-board report Tuesday amid ongoing contract negotiations, meaning 17 days from now workers in the transit agency’s largest union will be in a legal position to go on strike and shut down the city’s transit system if a deal isn’t reached.
