Two people were arrested and a third person is wanted after lottery scams targeted seniors in Ontario and Alberta between 2019 and 2023.
On Nov. 27, Peel police arrested two people, alleging they tricked seniors into believing that they had won a lottery sweepstakes, police said in a press release.
