A veteran officer with the Toronto police gun and gang task force is facing 10 criminal charges, including four counts of sexual assault, stemming from alleged acts of workplace and sexual harassment against subordinates.
In a news release Thursday, police announced Det. Jason Kondo — a 35-year veteran of the force — is charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of “mischief interfere with property,” and one count each of assault and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
