Passengers on Via Rail trains travelling between Toronto and Montreal experienced delays of up to five hours on Saturday as police probed a suspicious package in the Kingston area.
In a news release around 4:30 p.m., Kingston police said they were probing information about a suspicious package near John Counter Boulevard and Montreal Street but had determined no explosive device was found.
