Yet for years, she and her neighbours in this community on the border with Caledon have been bedevilled by a constant barrage of noise and smell at all hours of the day and night. The land next to her home is home to a truck depot where dozens of tractor trailers have rumbled in and out around the clock, spewing diesel fumes, spilling oil and gas and shining headlights into homes.
