Reece Feijo just wanted to replace his boat’s battery. But when he descended the metal stairs to the dock at Navy Flats Park in Oakville on Tuesday, all that remained was the brown, rushing waters of Sixteen Mile Creek.
“Where are all the boats, man?” Feijo said using an expletive, as the sun beat down after hours of rain thrashed the GTA in what would be the fifth-wettest day in Toronto’s history.
