Woman charged with 3 murders ordered to undergo mental health assessment in Toronto

A woman accused in three slayings has been ordered to undergo a mental health assessment to determine her fitness to stand trial on three counts of murder, a Toronto judge ruled Thursday.

Judge Edward Kelly made his ruling after hearing the Crown’s request that Sabrina Kauldhar undergo a mental health fitness assessment, despite Kauldhar asking her lawyer to oppose such an application.
