York Regional Police are looking for “at least” four suspects who allegedly tried to abduct a woman from the parking lot of the Vaughan Mills shopping centre.
Police say that they had initially thought that this was a failed carjacking but later determined that it was an attempted kidnapping which they believe was targeted.
