Argentina is one my favourite countries. World’s largest waterfall. Some of the world’s largest glaciers. World class hiking (Patagonia) and wine (Mendoza). Amazing red rock / multi-colored landscapes in the north. Penguin colonies of over a million. Whales. Incredible food. Only one hour ahead of Toronto (no jet lag). Oh, and it’s relatively inexpensive.
UPDATE – Dates as far away as March 2025 (yes, one year from now) are currently available for $733 CAD roundtrip with a piece of checked luggage.
